Version 7 - Agent Statistics-based Report Templates

Overview

The Agent Statistics report templates provide both detail and summary reports on agent log on statistics.

They are:

Report	Description
Billing: Agents Stats by Date	This report summarises the agent log in statistics for each day in the reporting period.
Billing: Agent Stats by Month	This report summarises the agent log in statistics for each month in the reporting period.
Billing Agent Stats Ungrouped	This report details the agent log in activities for the reporting period.
